Open Registration is closed.
There will be no paper schedules available at the conference. Individual Track schedules and the "Schedule at a Glance" for both Monday and Tuesday are posted at:

Please print these schedules and bring them with you to the conference. For the At-A-Glance schedule select the respective Date and Date/Time View. A large Master Schedule for both days will be posted in Grande I and II and also at prominent locations in the Royale foyer and Majestic foyer areas and a room session schedule will be posted at the entrance to each room.

The twelfth annual PA BUG Conference will be held on November 21-22, 2011 at the Harrisburg/Hershey Holiday Inn conveniently located on I81, in Grantville, PA.

- SunGard Higher Education Banner Product Updates from Product and Solutions Managers
- SunGard Higher Education Solutions Managers on Site in Vendor Exhibit Hall

- CPE credit offered for qualified sessions
- Continental Breakfast, Lunch and day-long refreshments included
- Social Event on Monday from 5 to 6 featuring food, drink and time to mingle with SunGard Higher Education Personnel, Vendors and Colleagues
- Information session on Datatel / SunGard Higher Education merger on Monday afternoon
A Call for Presentations is currently underway. Please consider sharing your accomplishments or volunteer to lead a Birds-of-a-Feather session. Individuals from institutions, both in-state and otherwise, are encouraged to participate and present. Anyone wishing to present or submit suggested topics may contact your Track Leader directly.

Registration for individuals will open October 3rd.

PABUG One Day Track Events
- One day sessions are held after Summit and before our November Conference
- This is a great way to get recent updates and is valuable for those who are unable to attend Summit.
- These sessions are often hosted at a member institution with volunteers presenting allowing for a minimal cost to attend.
- Planning is underway for the Technical Event.
- Contact your Track Leaders to add your ideas for the tracks that cover your areas of interest.
